All submissions should be one-sided\, unstapled\, and un-taped as they will need to be scanned. \nPetitions Form for Mary’s Heart \nReturn your petitions and tax-deducible gift to the parish office via collection basket\, mail (must be delivered by Sept. 8th)\, or in person at the parish office (by Sept. 9th). Your tax-deductible donations will be utilized by the parish to maintain the Shrine.
