DESCRIPTION:Topic: “Knowledge of Self”\nEnglish Talk: in the Church after the 5pm Mass\nSpanish Talk: in the Family Learning Center after the 5pm Mass (typically in Room 1101 or 1102)\nConsecration prayers began on Tuesday\, October 23rd after the 12 Noon Mass in the Church. You are also welcome to pray the Consecration  prayers and meditations on your own. \nConsecration Day: Sunday\, November 25th at the 2pm Mass \nFor more information and talk recordings\, please go to: www.consecrationgroup.com \n\nThe Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary Program is based on St. Louis de Montfort’s book True Devotion to Mary.  This program consists of 33 days of prayer and exercises which help purify souls to prepare one for Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary. \nThe first period includes 12 days of exercises for casting off the spirit of the world\, which is contrary to Jesus Christ. The second period consists of 3 weeks devoted to the Knowledge of Ourselves\, the Knowledge of the Blessed Virgin Mary and to Jesus Christ. \nTotal Consecration also includes going to Confession prior to Consecration and Holy Communion on consecration day with the intention of giving oneself to Jesus Christ through Mary. \nThis program is coordinated by Our Lady of Peace Consecration Group.
