Senior Programs & Services
Through the Santa Clara Senior Center, a limited number of part-time case managers are available to provide support to seniors who need this service. The senior nutrition program is also providing in person and to-go lunches to seniors who order them from the center and can pick them up from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. To request either of these services, call the Senior Center’s Front Desk at 408-615-3170. The County is in process of developing additional services. This information will be shared once announced by the County.
